Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of the foundation
Gryb Sergiy
Graduated from the Kyiv National University of Economics with a Master's degree in Finance and
George Brown College, Toronto - Certificate Program in International Business
Management/Financial Planning (with honors). Mr. Gryb held multiple management positions in the
Central Office of JSC KB NADRA, worked as the financial director in trade and production
companies of the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine and as a financial officer in the Canadian
business environment.

Co-founder and technical consultant of the fund
Dyachuk Mykola
A graduate of the engineering faculty of the Kamianets-Podilskyi Military Engineering Institute,
majoring in the management of engineering and sapper units of the Ground Forces (with honors).
Mr. Dyachuk served in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in command positions in
engineering and sapper units. He was engaged in process of training sappers, destroying explosives
activities, took part in clearing the area after the explosions at ammunition depots. Since 2014, Mr.
Dyachuk took direct part in the anti-terrorist operation in the east of Ukraine as a commander of the
engineering support group. In 2017, he resigned from the ranks of the Armed Forces and began his
career in the related field – the humanitarian demining. He has an international experience of
working in multiple organizations conducting humanitarian demining projects. From 2020 to 2022,
Mr. Dyachuk held the position of the head of operations of the Swiss Mine Action Fund in Ukraine.
Currently, he is the deputy head of operations in one of the humanitarian demining projects in South
Sudan. He has a great experience in training personnel, particularly in humanitarian demining.

Volodymyr Trybunskiy
A graduate of the engineering faculty of the Kamianets-Podilskyi Military Engineering Institute,
majoring in the management of engineering and sapper units of the Ground Forces (with honors).
Mr. Trybunskiy took part in the anti-terrorist operation in the east of Ukraine. He is a major of the
Ukrainian Armed Forces (in reserve). Mr. Trybunskiy participated in the NATO military mission in
Afghanistan, Herat state. From 2015 to 2021, he worked in the field of humanitarian demining in
Somalia as the Head of Operations. Mr. Trybunskiy completed many different demining training
courses and widely applied the acquired knowledge and skills in practice. He has taught many
demining programs and trained a lot of specialists in the mine action field. He has got a vast
management experience in the humanitarian demining field abroad.

Herman Volodymyr
Mr. Herman graduated from the Kamianets-Podilskyi Military Engineering Institute with a specialization:
Application and management of the actions of civil defense forces engineering units for the disposal of
ammunition(with honors). He underwent retraining at the Demining Center of the MEI PDATU
specialty Level II demining specialist. He is certified to carry out demining activities, destruction of explosive objects and management of demining teams. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Herman held the
position of the Head of the Special Emergency and Rescue Unit of the State Emergency Service in the
Ivano-Frankivsk region being responsible for destroying explosives in the area. In 2005-2007, he took part in demining the territory of the 275th Artillery base of missiles and ammunition of the Ministry of
Defense of Ukraine in Novobohdanivka, Zaporizhzhia region. The mission resulted in hundreds of
successfully destroyed mines and unexploded ordnance that saved lives of many fellow Ukrainians.
